Tell Me Who You Go With

Several years ago, four best friends were hanging out late at night and one had a harebrained idea. Find a woman to date and share their girl between friends. That harebrained idea turned into a reality and over time, resulted in what is now the brotherhood. A secret society of men who share their partners with their “brothers”. The brotherhood operates on strict rules the men and women must follow. Each member has an agreement…a kind of sexual menu of sorts. The men are in charge of everything that happens on the dates, sexual and otherwise and the women love every minute of it.

This series starts with Micah and Hadley’s story. Micah is one of the brotherhood founders. He’s also the last of the twelve men to select his partner. Purposely, he waited to be last to ensure the structure was perfect when he selected a woman. After six months of abstinence while looking for his partner, Hadley McAferty walks into his brother’s restaurant and steals his heart. Once faced with finding the perfect woman, his new hurdle is getting Hadley to agree to the terms of being in a relationship with him. The main terms are quite simple. 1. Submit to the rules of the brotherhood. 2. Draft an honest agreement detailing your sexual preferences. 3. Actively participate in dating all members of the brotherhood.

For most women this would be a tough sell. For Hadley, it’s even tougher. Hadley is caught between two lives. Her old life dating the same old men who are going nowhere and take advantage of her. And her new life where she’s coveted, cherished and truly loved by the brotherhood’s twelve men. One would think the choice would be easy but the pressure of living a lifestyle so different than anyone else leads Hadley to break one of the most important rules of the brotherhood. And now, there’s a divide between Micah, Hadley and some of the men which has caused Hadley to make the ultimate sacrifice to remain a member. She couldn’t imagine herself going back to the old life she had, but now she must learn to live comfortably in her new life and try to repair the relationships she damaged, including her relationship with Micah.

This is a story about learning to become who you really are instead of staying the person you were never meant to be.
